Red Velvet Cupcake
A southern classic.
Though some people believe the cake version was first introduced by the Waldorf-Astoria in New York City it has now been claimed by the South as one of their classic sweet dishes. The cake has a hint of chocolate and the topping is our delicious cream cheese frosting. The dramatic contrast between the red cake and the white frosting draws you in and you cannot help but surrender completely after the first bite.
